Looking for an Illustrator

Hey everyone!

I have a children's story that I absolutely love, but I cannot release it until it is illustrated. Does anyone know of a good illustrator that isn't super expensive? Or even one that would be willing to go in for a % of royalties?

Anyway, if so, please comment with the URL of said individual. I would appreciate it.
